Part 1: Final Submission Overview

The final submission process involves two main actions, both completed within the CMT system: uploading your PDF file validated by IEEE PDF eXpress and submitting the IEEE Copyright Form.

1. Log in to the CMT System
   • Go to the conference submission site: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/IEEEICIA2025
   • After logging in, find your paper in the Author Console and click on the "Create Camera Ready" link.
2. Upload Your Final PDF
   • Upload the final, validated PDF file that you generated using IEEE PDF eXpress (see details in Part 2).
   • Click "Submit" after uploading the correct file.
3. Submit the IEEE Copyright Form
   • Follow the instructions within CMT to complete and submit the IEEE Copyright Form online.

Part 2: Tutorial: How to Prepare and Generate Your Compliant PDF

Before you can complete the submission steps above, you must prepare your manuscript according to the following detailed instructions.

1. Revise your paper for final submission based on reviewers' comments and suggestions. Download and strictly follow the IEEE conference template to prepare your final paper PDF file.
2. The page limit is 6 pages.
3. Add the copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of your source document, following these instructions.
1. For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
2. For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 979-8-3315-2370-1/25/$31.00 ©2025 Crown
3. For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 979-8-3315-2370-1/25/$31.00 ©2025 European Union
4. For all other papers the copyright notice is: 979-8-3315-2370-1/25/$31.00 ©2025 IEEE
If necessary, contact Shuang Song at songshuang@hit.edu.cn for the appropriate copyright notice.
4. Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.
5. Generate final paper PDF file and check compliance using IEEE PDF eXpress service. No Validation may PREVENT publishing your paper.
6. Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress™site. (Site opens: 2025-07-15)
   1. First-time users should do the following:
      1. Select the Create account link.
      2. Enter the following:
         • 64617X for the Conference ID
         • Your email address
         • A password
      3. Continue to enter information as prompted.

      An Online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup. Please, check your inbox or junk mail.

   2. Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
